JUDGMENT: Amar Saran, Surendra Singh, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri O.P. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 and the learned A.G.A. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged an FIR of case crime no. 1050 of 2010, under Sections 323,504,506,498-A IPC & 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Sihani Gate,? District Ghaziabad. 2. From a perusal of the impugned FIR, it cannot be said that prima facie, no cognizable offence is disclosed against the petitioners, hence no ground exists for quashing the FIR or staying of arrest. 3. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is provided that if the petitioners appear before the court concerned within two weeks and apply for bail in the aforesaid case, their prayer for bail shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously.
