Judgment :- This contempt petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 6.1.2010, in W.P. No. 26792 of 2009. 2. Paragraph 4 of the order passed by this Court, on 6.1.2010, in W.P. No. 26792 of 2009, reads as follows: "4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, within ten days from today and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after obtaining an inspection report from the second respondent and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other parties concerned, as expeditiously, as possible not later than twelve weeks, thereafter." 3. Even though this Court had directed the petitioner to make a representation to the respondent within ten days from the date of the order, the petitioner had made a representation, only on 24.2.2010, as admitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had not been in a position to state as to when the representation, dated 24.2.2010, had been received by the respondent. Further, it had not been shown as to how the respondent had willfully disobeyed the order of this Court, dated 6.1.2010, made in W.P.No.26792 of 2009. In such circumstances, this Court does not find sufficient cause or reason to entertain the contempt petition. Hence, it stands dismissed. No costs.
