Judgment :- 1. No representation for both sides. 2. This contempt petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, on 24.6.2009, in W.P.No.11263 of 2009. 3. This Court had passed an order, on 24.6.2009, in W.P.No.11263 of 2009, directing the third respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.5.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving sufficient opportunity to the fourth respondent, as well as to the other parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The petitioner had also been directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 27.5.2009, to the third respondent, along with a copy of the order passed this Court. 4. Even though the petitioner had stated in the affidavit filed in support of the contempt petition that the third respondent had wilfully disobeyed the order passed by this Court, on 24.6.2009, there is nothing on record to show that the third respondent had committed contempt by wilfully disobeying the order, dated 24.6.2009, made in W.P.No.11263 of 2009, as alleged by the petitioner. In such circumstances, the contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
