Judgment :- Though the petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation, dated 25.06.2010 and to extend the time for making payment under the bill, dated 31.05.2010 in respect of Service Connection No. HTSC No. 317, till 15.07.2010, Mr. S.M. Sathish, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that if sometime is granted, the petitioner would make the payment under the bill, dated 31.05.2010. 2. Though the learned counsel for the respondents objected for granting time, considering the averments made in the Writ Petition, I am inclined to grant 15 days time to the petitioner to make payment under the bill, dated 31.05.2010. 3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petition is also closed.
