Order This appeal has been filed for enhancement of compensation. Admittedly, the deceased was the only son and the only male member of the claimants aged 13 years and was reading in the school, who died in a motor vehicle accident. The Tribunal awarded a sum of Rs. 1 lakh only with interest. 2. After hearing counsel for the parties at length, we are of the view that a compensation of Rs. 1,80,000/- shall be just and reasonable compensation, which the. claimants-appellants agreed to receive. 3. We, therefore, allow this appeal, and the compensation amount is enhanced upto Rs. 1,80,000/-, which shall be paid to the claimants, minus the amount already paid.
