Judgment :- This Contempt petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to punish the respondents for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court, on 22.01.2010, in W.P.No.1125 of 2010. 2. By an order, dated 22.01.2010, made in W.P.No.1125 of 2010, this court had directed the respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2009, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent had submitted that, pursuant to the order passed by this Court, on 22.01.2010, necessary action had been initiated against the encroachers, based on the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.10.2009. The learned counsel for the respondent had also placed before this Court, a copy of the proceedings, in A1/7151/2010, dated 23.04.2010. 4. In such circumstances, this Court does not finds sufficient cause or reason to punish the respondent, as prayed for in this contempt petition. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed.
