Judgment Hon’ble B.S.Verma, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned advertisement dated 04-05-2010 annexed as annexure No.5 to the writ petition whereby the impugned election notice issued by the Authorized controller to conduct the election of Janta Intermediate College Jyudalyu (Gujru), Tehsil Dhumakoti, District Pauri Garhwal. 3. It is pertinent to mention here that the election is being conducted by the respondent No.5 in compliance of this Court’s order dated 29-07-2009 passed in Writ Petition No.70 of 2007 (M/S), Kripal Singh Chauhan Vs. State of Uttarakhand and another wherein the Kripal Singh Rautela, petitioner was intervenor through Mr. B.S.Negi, Advocate was also heard in the said writ petition. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the election process is not being conducted according to the Scheme of Administration. 5. The election process is on. No interference is required during the election process. 6. The writ petition is devoid of merit and is hereby dismissed. 7. However, if the petitioner has any grievance he may avail appropriate remedy before appropriate forum after the election is concluded. 8. All pending applications stands disposed of accordingly.
