Judgment : Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2.Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first and the second respondents with regard to reliefs sought for in the writ petition and if the first and the second respondents are directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time, as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned counsels appearing for the first and second respondents have no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first and the second respondents, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of ten days from today and on receipt of such representation, the first and the second respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
