Judgment Ritu Bahri, J. 1. This writ petition pertains to pension of EX-Army personnel. At the outset, learned counsel for the Union of India has stated that all service matters concerning members of Armed Forces involving pension and other retrial benefits pending before this Court, are required to be transferred to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh (for brevity The Army Tribunal), which is constituted for this purpose under Armed Forces Tribunal Act, 2007 . This Writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order passed by the Administrative Tribunal, which now can be heard by the Army Tribunal. 2. After hearing learned counsel for the Union of India, I am of the view that this matter is liable to be transferred to the Army Tribunal. 3. I order accordingly. 4. This matter along with original record be sent to the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh by the registry expeditiously but not later than two weeks. 5. Writ petition stands disposed of. Petition disposed of.
