JUDGMENT Rajendra Menon, J. 1. Grievance of the petitioner is that an yearly increment is not being released from his initial date of appointment and even though he has submitted many representations, respondents are not taking any action for the same. 2. Keeping in view the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, without entering into the controversy on merit, it is directed that on the petitioner filing a certified copy of this order along with relevant representations, respondent No. 1 shall settle the claim of the petitioner by a speaking order and shall pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of one month thereof and communicate the decision to the petitioner. 3. Increment found due shall be immediately paid to the petitioner on the basis of the orders that may be passed by respondent No. 1. With the aforesaid observation, petition stands disposed of.
