Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner has made the following endorsement that Writ Petition reported as infructuous. In view of the said fact that this writ petition has become an infructuous one, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous without costs. Consequently, the connected W.P.M.P.No.10675 of 2003 is closed.
