The CEC has examined the feasibility and filed a Report that the clearance could be given subject to the following conditions: (i) for the use of the forest land approval under the Forest (Conservation) Act will be obtained. (ii) the conditions imposed by the Tamil Nadu Forest Department will be strictly followed. 7. The above conditions are acceptable to the Etamilnadu Highways Department. 8.
