Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that notices have been issued to the second respondent, on 22.09.2009, 17.11.2009 and 07.12.2009, with regard to the deviations in the construction put up by the second respondent in the property in question . 3. In such circumstances, in view of the averments made in the affadivit filed in support of this petition and in view of the submissions made on behalf of the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to take appropriate steps, in accordance with law, pursuant to the notices issued by the first respondent, as noted above, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the second respondent, as expeditiously as possible. With the above directions, this Writ petition is disposed of.
