JUDGMENT : - Amar Saran, and Surendra Singh, JJ. – Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.4 and learned Additional Government Advocate. Learned counsel for the parties point out that the dispute has been resolved between the parties before the Mediation Centre and the parties have decided live together. The respondent no.4 is no more interested in prosecuting the petitioners in the present case arising out of Case Crime No.73 of 2010, under Sections 498-A,323,504,506 IPC and Section 3/ 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jarchha, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 2. In this view of the natter, the writ petition is allowed and the criminal proceedings arising out of FIR dated 12.7.2010 registered at Case Crime No.73 of 2010, under Sections 498-A,323,504,506 IPC and Section 3/ 4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Jarchha, District Gautam Budh Nagar are hereby quashed. Petition Allowed.
