Judgment :- (M. CHOCKALINGAM,J) 1. The grievance ventilated by the petitioner is that his son by name C. Suresh is missing from 7.7.2010. Though a complaint was given on 18.7.2010 to the second respondent, no case has been registered. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is brought forth by the petitioner seeking for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to produce his son before this Court. 2. In such circumstances, the second respondent is directed to register a case and investigate the case effectively. With this direction, the habeas corpus petition is disposed of.
