JUDGMENT: Amar Saran, Surendra Singh, J. This is an application seeking recall of the order dated 11.8.2010 dismissing the writ petition for want of prosecution. 2. The ground for non-appearance was that the counsel was not expecting that the matter would be taken after the lunch as such he could not appear in the present case. 3. The ground shown is sufficient. The order dated 11.8.2010 is recalled and the writ petition is restored to its original number. 4. Now, we proceed to hear the writ petition. 5. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 6. Learned A.G.A. was allowed three weeks' time on 1.10.2008 for seeking instructions but neither instructions have been obtained nor any counter affidavit has been filed. The only prayer made in this writ petition is that a direction be issued to the Government for according sanction for prosecution of responsible authority of electricity department. 7. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is pending for sanction before the Government and the Government should not sit over the question of sanction. 8. In this view of the matter, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Sanctioning Authority to dispose of the matter for sanction within three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
