JUDGMENT 1. - Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor as also learned counsel for complainant. 2. The allegation against the accused petitioner is for the offence under Section 302/34 IPC. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, co accused Smt. Sunena and Chandra Prakash have already been granted bail by the trial court and the case of the present accused is similar to that of Chandra Prakash, though he was having iron rod with him. According to the post mortem report and the statements recorded during investigation, the principal accused is Krishna Kumar, who inflicted incised wounds by scissors resulting in death of the deceased. 3. Keeping in view all the facts and circumstances of the case, I consider it to be a fit case for grant of bail under Section 439 Cr.PC. and it is directed that petitioner Vikram alias Vikky shall be released on bail provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and two sureties of Rs. 10,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court on usual conditions and shall appear before the trial court on each and every date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till the completion of the trial.Bail Application Allowed. *******
