This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant accused- Om Kailash, who is involved in Case Crime No. 464 of 2010, Under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, IPC, Police Station-Titawai, District- Muzaffar Nagar. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from his possession. The alleged seals, pass books, Khasra, Khatauni and stamps are planted on him. It is further contended that the applicant has no criminal antecedents, the offence is triable by the Magistrate the applicant is in jail for about six months, therefore, in the aforesaid facts and circumstances, applicant is entitled for bail. 4. Learned AGA opposed the bail application. 5. Considering the submissions of learned counsel for the applicant, totality of facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I consider it a fit case for bail. 6. Let the applicant- Om Kailash involved in the aforesaid case crime be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
