Judgment :- Though the prayer sought for by the petitioners in the present writ petitions is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that it would suffice, if the Appeals, in WTA Nos. 1 to 7 of 2010 and WTA Nos.8 to 14 of 2010 , are directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, on merits, within a specified period. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 3. Accordingly, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the Appeals, in TA Nos. 1 to 7 of 2010 and WTA Nos.8 to 14 of 2010 , on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners shall co-operate in the hearing of the Appeal proceedings. With the above directions, these Writ Petitions are disposed of. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
