Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, with regard to reliefs sought for in the writ petition and if the second respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time, as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned counsels appearing for the respondents have no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the second respondent, as prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, within a period of fifteen days from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order, and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
