At this stage of the hearing of the contempt petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that the order passed by this Court, on 31.10.2008, in W.P.No.2885 of 2001, had been complied with. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had also submitted that the respondents had complied with the order passed by this Court, on 31.10.2008. In such circumstances, as no further orders are necessary, this Contempt petition stands closed.
