Judgment :- (M. CHOCKALINGAM, J) When the matter is taken up for consideration, It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the order of detention under challenge has already been revoked by the Advisory Board in G.O.Rt.No.1917 dated 24.5.2010. Hence the request by the petitioner for setting aside the order does not require consideration and the habeas corpus petition is disposed of accordingly.
