Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a direction to the Respondent to award the Special Grade to the Applicants in the Cadre of B.T.Middle School Headmaster by reckoning their earlier entire service with effect from 01.06.1988 onwards and fix the pay of the applicants in the pay scale of Special Grade Middle School Head Master pay of Rs.2,200-4000 with reference to Vth pay Commission with effect from 01.06.1988 and to grant all other consequential monetary benefits. Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.A. was received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petition. 2. The petitioners are retired Head Masters of Panchayat Union Middle School seeking the relief of fixation of pay in the scale of Special Grade Middle School Head Master. They want fixation of pay as applicable to the cader of Special Grade Middle School Head Master. In this regard, the petitioners have made representation to the fourth respondent. Such representation has not been considered and hence, the O.A has been filed in the year 1998. 3. The learned senior counsel stated that the petitioners have filed the representation setting out their grievance to the second respondent to consider their claim in the light of the Judgment of the Tribunal passed in O.A.No.2250 of 1999 dated 24.09.1991 and prayed for a direction to consider the same. 4. Heard Mr.Shanmugam, Government Advocate. The petitioners are at liberty to make further representation to the second respondent who shall consider the representation on merits and dispose the same within three months from the date of receipt of such representation. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
