Judgment :- 1. These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners praying to call for the records of the first respondent in connection with the amended Rule notified in G.O.Ms.No.802 dated 26.10.1994 and quash the same to the extent of the applicant only and direct the respondents to consider the application for promotion to the post of Block Extension Educator by issuing a writ of Certiorarified mandamus. 2. At the time of final hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in respect of the relief sought for in all three writ petitions they may be permitted to make their representation to the first respondent to address their grievance with regard to promotion, on the light of the Tribunal order in O.A.No.2586 of 1993 dated 12.10.1993. 3. Considering the plea as above, the petitioners are permitted to make representation and such representation its made shall be considered on their own merits and disposed of within a reasonable time. These writ petitions stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
