Judgment Rakesh Kumar, J. 1. This appeal has been filed on behalf of the State of Haryana challenging the judgment and decree dated 12.12.2007 passed by Additional District Judge. Faridabad. 2. Along with this appeal, an application for condonation of delay in filing this appeal was also filed. Vide order dated 1.5.2008, this Court issued notice in the aforesaid application for condonation of delay, however, the only contesting respondent, i.e., respondent No.l has not been served till date for non-filing of correct/fresh address by the State of Haryana though the State of Marvana had sought time to furnish the same as back as on 21.11.2008. 3. No explanation is forthcoming for not doing the needful till date. Vide order dated 23.9.2009. it was noticed by this Court that despite many letters written by Learned State Counsel, no response was given by the Department of the appellant-State and, therefore, the needful could not be done. Today again, Shri Virmani has requested for further adjournment to do the needful. I find no justification in the same. 4. Dismissed for non prosecution.
