Judgment :- 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The petitioner submits that though notice was ordered by this Court, notice could not be served on the respondent. It is further submitted that the Inspector of Police, T-7, Tank Factory Police Station, Ambatur, also has given a report that the accused was not available in the given address. However, the learned counsel for petitioner is prepared to withdraw these revisions and seek a direction from this Court to expedite the trial. 3. In such circumstances, both the revisions are dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is to proceed with the trial, as per the observations made by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court IV, Poonamallee. The learned Magistrate shall secure the accused by issuing summons or Non bailable warrant and the trial Court also shall take steps to see that the Non bailable warrant, if any, issued against the accused be executed, without any delay. The learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to complete the trial, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of a this order.
