Judgment :- 1. This petition coming on for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. S.N. Ravichandran, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs. Malarvizhi Udayakumar, Spl. Government Pleader on behalf of the 1st respondent and of Mr. A.K. Kumarasamy, Advocate for the 2nd respondent and of Mr. K. Ethiraj, Advocate for the 3rd respondent and of Mr. P. Ganesan, Advocate for the 4th respondent the Court made the following Order. This case is listed today to modify the order dated 11.12.2009 passed by this court in W.A. No.2260/2004. We have heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. Paragraph No.13 of the order dated 11.12.2009 would stand modified to the following effect: “The second respondent-Management is directed to pay salary to the appellant for the work extracted from him as Headmaster for the period from 23.09.1998 to 21.07.2008 instead of 23.09.1998 to 07.06.2000 within a period of four seeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order”.
