Judgment :- 1. Heard Mr.G.Karnan, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had submitted that the allegations, made by the petitioner, against the second respondent, are false and frivolous. He had further submitted that the second respondent had neither directed the petitioner to vacate the possession of the property in question, nor he had demanded money for settling the case, as alleged by the petitioner. 3. Recording the submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, since, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
