Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
