Judgment :- 1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
