ORDER : 1. Heard both sides. 2. The petitioner-the Supreme Court Bar Association seeks transfer of various suits filed against it at various places i.e. Tis Hazari (Delhi), Ghaziabad (U.P.) and Rewari (Haryana) contending that it will not be possible for the Association to contest the proceedings at various Courts. The issues involved in these suits are almost the same and the plaintiffs claim to be Members of the Bar Association. Accordingly, we direct for transfer of Civil Suit No. 23/2010 entitled Pankaj Kumar Mishrs vs. SCBA and Others, pending before the learned Senior Civil Judge, Tis Hazari Court, Delhi, Civil Suit No. 538/2010 entitled Shobit Agarwal and Others vs. SCBA and Others, pending before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ghaziabad (U.P.) and Civil Suit No. Nil/2010 entitled Suresh Kumar and Others vs. SCBA and Others, before the Civil Judge, Rewari, Haryana, to the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi to be tried as Original Suits. 3. All the records are directed to be sent to the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi. 4. The order dated 26.2.2010 in Civil Suit No. 23/2010 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Tis Hazari, which is stayed by this Court on 19.04.2010 will continue for a further period of four weeks. Parties would be at liberty to seek appropriate directions from the High Court. 5. The Transfer Petitions are allowed accordingly.
