Judgment :- 1. When the matter was taken up, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the entire compensation amount, awarded by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub-Court, Tindivanam, M.C.O.P.No.375 of 1992, on 07.03.2003, has already been deposited and the same was also withdrawn by the claimants, after observing necessary formalities before the Trial Court, hence nothing survives in this matter. Accordingly, on 14.09.2006, this Court dismissed the C.M.P.No.19336 of 2005 in this appeal. 2. In view of the representation and the earlier order of this Court dated 14.09.2006, in the C.M.P.No.19336 of 2005, this civil miscellaneous appeal stands closed. No costs.
