Judgment :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents. 2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, and if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time, as fixed by this Court. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection for this Court passing such an order. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the parties concerned, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, as prayed for, within a period of ten days from today, and on such representation being submitted, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to the other persons concerned, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P is closed.
