Judgment :- The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition as the relief sought by the petitioner has been granted. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle. Recording the said submission and also the endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
