ORDER IA No. 42 1. The prayer of the applicants in this IA is that the land lying on National Highway 24 at Ghazipur intersection, having an area of about 30 acres be allocated/given to the livestock market. 2. Mr. Sanjib Sen, learned counsel appearing for MCD submits that the department has already approached the Delhi Development Authority for allotment of land in question. We hope that the Delhi Development Authority will take an early decision in this matter. IAs Nos. 1-2 in IA No. 42 in Civil Appeal No. 3769 of 1996 3. Mr. Huzefa Ahmadi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the Association has some constructive suggestions for effective and efficient working of the abattoir.
