ORDER IA No. 42 1. The prayer of the applicants in this IA is that the land lying on National Highway 24 at Ghazipur intersection, having an area of about 30 acres be allocated/given to the livestock market. 2. Mr. Sanjib Sen, learned counsel appearing for MCD submits that the department has already approached the Delhi Development Authority for allotment of land in question. We hope that the Delhi Development Authority will take an early decision in this matter. IAs Nos. 1-2 in IA No. 42 in Civil Appeal No. 3769 of 1996 3. Mr. Huzefa Ahmadi, learned counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the Association has some constructive suggestions for effective and efficient working of the abattoir. The Association is at liberty to approach the authorities concerned with those suggestions which shall be considered with positive mind. These IAs stand disposed of accordingly. IA No. 43 4. Mr. Mukesh K. Giri, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the IA. Permission granted. IA No. 43 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach the proper forum. IA No. 44 5. Except Prayer (e) of the IA, all other prayers cannot be considered by us. 6. Mr. Ajay Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant restricts his prayer only to the construction of additional sheds for the buffaloes. 7. Mr. Sanjib Sen, learned counsel appearing for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi submits that the said sheds will be ready in another six months. 8. In that view, no further orders are required to be passed on IA No. 44 which is, accordingly, disposed of. IA No. 45 9. Mr. Ajay Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the IA. Permission granted. IA No. 45 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to approach the proper forum. IA No. 46 10. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the IA. Permission granted. IA No. 46 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicants to approach the proper forum. IAs Nos. 1-2 in IA No. 46, IA No. 47 11. The IAs are allowed. IA No. 48 of 2010 12. None is present on behalf of the applicant. 13. IA No. 48 is, accordingly, dismissed for non-prosecution.

IA No. 9 is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the appellant to approach the proper forum. 15.
