Judgment :- This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a Writ of Mandamus to forbear the respondents ,from, in anyway, interfering with the petitioners propery in Grammanatham Survey No.130/2, Kamaraj Street, Kancheepuram District, to an extent of 2642 ½ sq.ft. of land. 2. The petitioner hasstated that she has put up the hut and the compound wall in the said property and that she has been in possession and enjoyment of the said property, from the year, 1990. However, the second respondent is attempting to dispossess the petitioner, from the said property, without following the due procedures established by law. 3. At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had submitted that if the petitioner is in possession of the land in question, she would not be evicted without following the due procedures established by law. 4. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, since no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
