Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the writ petition is to quash the impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent dated 31.1.2005, and consequently to forbear the respondents from in any way interfering with the functioning of the petitioner as Manager of the Sri Kamakshi Ambal Temple, Kancheepuram. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has produced Xerox copy of the letter dated 02.10.2010 submitted by the writ petitioner to the concerned authorities and the letter dated 06.10.2010 addressed to the petitioner by the concerned authorities. 3. A perusal of the above said letters would disclose that the petitioner has submitted a letter dated 02.10.2010 to the concerned authorities praying for employment in Kanchi Kamatchi Ammal Temple and also undertook to withdraw the present writ petition and the concerned authorities based on the said representation, has informed the petitioner vide letter dated 06.10.2010, that they will give him an eligible job in one of their institutions and the petitioner may withdraw the case and approach them with relevant papers for further action. 4. The letter dated 02.10.2010 submitted by the petitioner to the concerned authorities and the letter dated 06.10.2010 addressed to the petitioner by the concerned authorities are placed on record. 5. In view of the above said submission, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
