Judgment : Heard the learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsels appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court is pleased to permit the petitioner to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a specified period and on such representation being made, if the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3. The learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as well as the learned counsels appearing for the respondents and in view of the fact that the petitioner has been allowed to be in possesion of the land in question, till date, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the first respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a period of ten days from today and on receipt of such representation, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter. The writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected writ petition miscellaneous petition is closed.
