Judgment :- At this stage of the hearing of the Writ Petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had placed before this Court, a copy of the lease agreement , dated 03.02.2010, entered into between the respondent and the highest bidder in the auction conducted on 20.01.2010. He had also submitted that the lease had been confirmed in favour of one P.Chitra, who is the highest bidder. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents had further submitted that the said P.Chitra, had also complied with the requirements, as per the terms and conditions of the auction. 2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had not refuted the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. In such circumstances, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
