ORDER : 1. Mr. Sanjiv Sen, learned counsel appearing for the M.C.D. submits that all these appeals have become - infructuous asthey relate to the shifting of slaughter house from Idgah to Ghazipur and the shifting is now complete in pursuance of the earlier orders passed by this court from time to time. This statement is not controverted by any of the counsel for the appellant Accepting the statement made at the bar and after perusing the appeals and The writ petitions, they are disposed of as infructuous. 2. We hope that whatever undertakings have been given by the MCD in its earlier affidavits, the same shall be adhered - to and sincere efforts shall be made to provide basic amenities in the slaughter house at Ghazipur. W.P. (C) No. 452 of 1995: 3. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. Permission granted.
