Judgment :- 1. Heard Mr. A. Selvendran learned counsel appearing for the respondents. No representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2. The petitioner seeks Mandamus to grant service connection for the residential premises referred to in the Writ Petition. A representation has been given on 11.10.2010 to the 1st respondent, but the competent authority is 2nd respondent. 3. Hence, the Writ Petition is disposed of and the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.10.2010 preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
