Judgment :- This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents 1 and 2 from sealing the premises bearing Door Old No.74, New No.26, Sembudoss Street, Chennai – 600 001 or taking any action in pursuance to the notice dated 21.01.2006 issued by the second respondent without permitting the petitioner to remove their goods. 2. This writ petition has been filed in the year 2006. The same was admitted on 15.2.2006 and interim injunction was granted on 15.02.2006. The respondents have been served with notice on 20.4.2006. 3. Today when the matter is taken up for final hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents and no counter has been filed so far. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that his grievance has been addressed to the respondents 1 and 2, by letter dated 13.02.2006 and the same has not been considered so far. 5. In such view of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider and dispose of the said representation on or before 23.04.2010. Till such time, the order of interim injunction passed against the respondents 1 and 2 shall continue. 6. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
