Judgment :- 1. This civil revision petition has been filed against the fair and decretal order, dated 9.10.2009, made in I.A.No.1061 of 2009, in O.S.No.1347 of 2004, on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi. 2. The main contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi, had passed the order, on 9.10.2009, after the trial in the suit, in O.S.No.1347 of 2004, had been closed. The learned counsel had also submitted that the first respondent had admitted that she had no means to lend Rs.80,000/- and the said admission should have been sufficient to dismiss the suit. However, the trial Court had passed the fair and decretal order, on 9.10.2009, having referred to the expert opinion relating to the thumb impression and after comparing the thumb impressions obtained from the defendant, who is the petitioner herein. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and on a perusal of the records available, this Court is of the considered view, that the petitioner has not shown sufficient cause or reason to interfere in the fair and decretal order of the trial Court, dated 9.10.2009, made in I.A.No.1061 of 2009, in O.S.No.1347 of 2004, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi. The reasons stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner, for interfering with the said order, is not satisfactory. The said order cannot be said to be prejudicial to the interest of the petitioner herein. Hence, the civil revision petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
