In the meantime, if any company wishes to deposit the cost of incineration in terms of the directions given by this Court on 5th January, 2005, Research Foundation for Science (18) vs. Union of India, (2005) 13 SCC 186 and modified subsequently, they will be at liberty to do so with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Bombay.
