Judgment :- This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2010. 2. The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent had submitted that the petitioner has not furnished the necessary particulars for disposal of the representation, dated 18.01.2010, on merits and in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the first respondent, it is made clear that it is open to the first respondent to direct the petitioner to furnish all the necessary particulars relating to the representation made by the petitioner, on 18.01.2010. On the petitioner producing the necessary particulars, as required by the first respondent, the first respondent shall consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.01.2010 and pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible. 4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
