Judgment :- Heard the learned counsels appearing for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2. At this stage of the hearing of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the writ petition and if the respondent is directed to dispose of the said representation, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent, with regard to the reliefs sought for in the present writ petition, within a period of fifteen days from today i.e., 12-02-2010 and on receipt of such representation, the respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four months thereafter. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, with the above directions. No costs. Consequently, connected W.P.M.P.No.1359 of 2006 is closed.
