Judgment :- This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the Tender Notification issued by the second respondent, dated 04.02.2010, made in Na.Ka.No.5024/2006/A1 (W), calling for public auction, in so far as Shop No.64 at the Wholesale Vegetable Market Complex, Mettupalayam is concerned and quash the same and direct the second respondent to allot shop No.66 at the Wholesale Vegetable Market Complex (MGR Market), Mettupalayam, to the petitioner. 2. At this stage of the hearing on the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents had submitted that shop No.66, Mettupalayam Road, coming under the Coimbatore Corporation, would not be brought for public auction, on 15.02.2010, as scheduled in the Notification, dated 04.02.2010, till the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.12.2009, is disposed of by the second respondent. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second and the third respondents, since no further orders are necessary, the present writ petition stands closed. However, with regard to the other shops notified by the Coimbatore Corporation Notification, dated 04.02.2010, the auction may go on, as scheduled. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
