Judgment :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had submitted that the civil revision petition may be dismissed as withdrawn. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made on behalf of the petitioner, the civil revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
