Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, to direct the Learned Principal District Munsif, Salem to dispose of O.S.No.553 of 2009, pending on his file. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit property belongs to the Kadampur Muniappan temple. The respondents herein, who are the defendants in the suit, in O.S.No.553 of 2009, are constructing the residential buildings in the property in question. 3. He had further submitted that no written statement has been filed in the suit, on behalf of the defendants, till date. However, the learned Principal District Munsif, Salem, is adjourning the matter from time to time, from 02.07.2009. In such circumstances, the petitioner has preferred this Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 4. In view of the averments made on behalf of the petitioner, the learned Principal District Munsif, Salem, is directed to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.553 of 2009, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than six months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. This Civil Revision Petition is ordered accordingly.
