Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the representation of the petitioner, dated 14.09.2010, is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the second respondent is directed to dispose of the representation, dated 14.09.2010, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. The petitioner isdirected to furnish to the second respondent a copy of the representation, dated 14.09.2010, along with a copy of this order.
